E-liter discourse is always interesting to me because it has basically stayed the same gun throughout the entire game’s lifespan. The tools around it have just gotten stronger, and an example of this is the Roller/Vac 96/Tri N/E-Liter area cup comp. But why does this comp even work??

I do agree that eliters strengths are def amplified by the state of the game atm. But at the same time the gun still has very exploitable weakness like many other weps but it feels like ppl just ignore them simply bc it’s eliter

Like when u fight carbon for example you have to be more intentional with how you move around the map or else you will just randomly blow up. Same thing with eliter except you blow up from farther away (gross oversimplification but I think ykwim)

Having a one shot that immediately punishes bad positioning/awareness sucks, but imo there are other one shot weps that do the same that are simply more obvious bc they are aggros. (Decav comes to mind)

I feel as though eliter hate throughout this game is driven by people not enjoying the counter play/interactions with the gun. By design, you gun that restricts open areas in a game with a lot of maps with open areas.

Their production just keeps getting better man it’s ridiculous shoutout to IPL for coordinating such an awesome event. Global gauntlet is such a unique idea as well

Man with SWS, NA League, LCS, and all of the LANs happening, Comp Splatoon is going to be very busy the next couple of months. Great to see all of the activity.

At the end of the day, you need to *enjoy* playing the game to improve. If you don't, you'll burn out. And to enjoy the game, you need to play for more than results.
