I wrote about the martial arts triple feature I saw at the Grand Illusion on Sunday. Revenge of the Ninja, Crippled Avengers, and The 36th Chamber of Shaolin. For subscribers only.

Do yourself the favor of clearing an hour for this
Baskin wrote something like 60 songs for Nashville in eight weeks when he was 25 years old, his music is the central beat to Welcome to LA, he married Barbara Streisand! and now he has to answer my email lol
in the middle of editing our Welcome to LA episode - I wanted to use some of Richard Baskin's music from the film and he had it on his website for free, but the files were broken. I opened the contact me page and sent a message, expecting no response. turns out he runs it himself!!
