Nice. I'm sure you'll know when the time is right. :)
The only advice I can give is that it always takes longer than you expect. Plan/budget for a 5-year growth process and you'll do great. Things can happen faster, but you never know.
Navigating The Labyrinth is participating in the Steam Medieval Fest and is currently discounted. Check it out: store.steampowered.com/app/2642110/... #rpg #steam #medievalfest
This looks like a place that would be happy to receive unexpected visitors, right? #rpg #drpg #dungeoncrawler
Working on the Troll Fortress in Toward The Ice RPG. Don't mind the skulls, they're just decorative. No danger here. #gamedev #rpg #dungeoncrawler
I just released an update to the Toward The Ice demo that adds two new zones - the main port town, and some labyrinthine crypts. store.steampowered.com/news/app/287... #rpg #drpg #dungeoncrawler
I was walking around in Toward The Ice to test some object positioning I'm working on and it started snowing. I love being surprised by my own game. #gamedev #rpg #indiedev

Working on a town layout for Toward The Ice and I need to keep track of which building is which during the process. It's way easier to label things if I take my screenshots in wireframe mode. #gamedev #rpg #indiedev
I tested promoting a game with short-form videos on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram daily for 17 days. Here are my results and observations. www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQ8P... #gamedev #tiktok #reels #shorts

It's not just good. It's one of the best games ever made.
Navigating The Labyrinth is the best game overall, while Into The Inferno is the most "classic retro" RPG style. Depending on your taste, one of those would be a great place to start.
We're in the last day of the Steam spring sale. Grab yourself a dungeon crawler while they're still discounted. store.steampowered.com/developer/dr... #dungeoncrawler #rpg #steam #drpg
Taking a day off from my main project to work on Boli, an RPG with maps made from hand-drawn ASCII characters. #gamedev #rpg #ascii
The Steam sale is still going on, and all of the Dragon Dropper games are discounted. Not sure which one to get? Navigating The Labyrinth is a great choice, it's a solid first-person party-based dungeon crawler. store.steampowered.com/app/2642110/... #steam #steamsale #pcgaming #rpg
Greek-style chili over spaghetti is something I could never get used to. But on a Skyline hotdog with habanero cheese it works for me. Come to think if it I haven't seen chili in years. Not something popular in southern South America.
I posted a video detailing how much money my first dungeon crawler earned on Steam and showing how much releasing updates has helped it over time. www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiAS... #gamedev #rpg #steam
Totally. For me it's something to do once there's a real game to add it to.
At this point I'm convinced that adding one to three months into a schedule specifically for letting scope creep happen is a good idea for most projects.

Good news, everyone! All of the Dragon Dropper games are currently discounted in the Spring Sale on Steam. Now would be a great time to pick up a dungeon crawler or two. store.steampowered.com/developer/dr... #steam #steamsale #rpg

I just noticed that you can upload Android builds to Steam. That's new to me, first I've seen of it. partner.steamgames.com/doc/steamfra... #steam #gamedev #android
It would be awesome if money fell out every time I crashed a game engine. I would be so rich! I mean, that's basically my primary skill. #gamedev #indiedev #programming
