I'm teaching the computer to smoke cigarettes

my favourite part about it is that even back when cassettes were current people probably would have balked at the idea of using a field recorder as a walkman

it's so worth it though this is easily the best sounding cassette machine i own and im counting my home decks in that equation

people with wireless headphones are cowards

i take this with me on the subway most days to listen to my music

taking transit rocks bc you can aurafarm and cycling rocks because you get to do exercise that's fun somehow and u get to scream at cars

20 miles on an ebike would be far more doable

mine's a hair over 5 miles and it's quite pleasant but quadrupling that sounds much less fun

for a commute anyway

god yeah 20 miles on a bike would be a decent distance jeez

that's all well and good but it's even more fun to be an absolute menace on a real bicycle

honestly 75% of people on ebikes here all seem to be food delivery workers and they take a similar approach to cycling that uber drivers take to motoring

the old guys on ebikes are fewer and they mostly all ride kinda slow here

bikeshare riders are the true wildcards you never know what to expect

dogs don't need to count

of course as soon as i go "yeah i'll come back to bluesky sure let's give it another shot" it's in this state

i did get columbo season 1 on dvd so it wasn't all bad but man

i love being met with nothing but disappointment at the thrift store

unfortunately the TTC's true aura queen, the CLRV, is now retired and our busses are not as pretty but i have really come around on the newer streetcars
