I should mention for y'all, I was a writer on this.

Only some very minimal touch-ups on joints and the red on the wings; I did some weathering across the main body to dull the sharpness of the white.
so I've completed my most recent gundam build, the deathscythe hell
Hey, would you nerds like to buy some fucking cards?
Not furry cons though - I'm persona non-gratis at the ones in the UK after calling out several sexual abuses.
Or RPG ones, I'm trying to get into new hobbyspace/communities.
I'm thinking I'll probably keep to more niche and special-interest cons in the future. I'm wondering if there are any cons for Gundam anime, or Avatar the last airbender, or just goth. This would be more of my bang. Can anyone else recommend some cool ones?
I'm probably not going to go to my city's comic-con this year because I'm really not interested in seeing things from the same 8 franchises and row upon row of stalls selling the same art prints and 3D-Printed dragons and an infinity of funko pops.
I've counted 4 fox cubs, possibly 5, fox cubs which live in the shed at the bottom of our garden who're spending today playing in the sun with their mum occasionally bringing them snacks. While I have to go into work. Lucky filthy bastards.

Still, the gangrel and brujah click. For casual games I'll just say we all pretend the Tzimisce are still sabbat and adjust the keywords on the cards respectively.
These arrived today.
All 3 are anarch decks; yes, even the Tzimisce, even though the idea of the clan throwing their lot in with the anarchs in the modern night is 'a stretch'.
I'm not an artistic person, but I've been doodling of a goth-punk raven girl in the last few months, so I decided to try learninh (which involves tracing from actual comic book artists!) But I've been able to get a series of her as various Vampire the Masquerade clans. This is her as a Setite.
Here, folks can now laugh at how old I am.
Periodically, I have to remind you that Marvel house ads used to go hard as fuck.
Very cool. I've been running WoD games for around 30 years, enjoy it! It's a blast!
I say this as someone who worked at bookstores during Pottermania and was delighted to see so many young people eager to read:
FUCK your boy-wizard nostalgia.
And FUCK ever again devoting another sliver of time or money to this psychotic wealthy ghoul.
So today I learned there was recently a new Legacy of Kain game, Ascendance, and it's a 2d platformer. And, apparantly, it was fucking dreadful.
... he found it was always popular when he ran games - for his patreon backers. None of this transfers into reality in any way, shape or form; in fact, the only response to my attempts to get any players for the game in 4 local clubs was a single person who seemed confused and thought it was D&D.
... and that's further complicated by the simple fact that we cultivate our own online bubbles. For example, when I was unable to gain ANY interest in a Dark Ages Vampire game and vented about it being no longer a popular game on my Facebook, one of the former developers commented to state that...
...is further to the fact that online spaces create 'walled gardens' for players of niche games which gives a false impression of popularity; ie, I'm in a very busy classic World of Darkness server. The popularity of that server doesn't indicate real-world interest in classic World of Darkness...
An online ecospace makes TTRPGs more of a disposable commodity. In physical games you need to make the effort of turning up in person, which means more of a commitment. Online you can simply leave a discord call if the game isn't to your liking and find another, like changing a channel on TV. This..
... we have GMs who offer to teach how to play, we have removed every single barrier for entry that exists; but when we offer any games that aren't D&D, players simply do not turn up. They will not bite, and adamantly refuse to even try.
I've been running an RPG club for 13 years. The one thing that's become increasingly common is that new players have become less and less willing to even TRY different non-D&D games. When we try to get them to try different games, we don't charge to play, we pre-make character sheets...
You cannot convince them to do that. They refuse. Dead-ass refuse.
So 60% of all GM's looking to start a game run D&D 5e - 84% if you include Pathfinder.
90% of all players are looking for D&D.
This is just depressing.

I think Germany in general has a fairly healthier TTRPG community than here in the UK, where it's definitely become significantly worse.
This video mentions that there's websites which document furries who've commited sexual abuse; can anyone link me to said website? There's someone I need to check up about.

When was the last time you tried to get a gaming group together in a local town/city for a non-D&D game?
