I still have my first/only drum machine the "classic" Alesis SR-16 circa 1990. I made an album with it back then with a buddy, and it still has a soft spot in my heart. I play it live for a year as well, using momentary pedals, since we did not have a drummer 😅

I need to open a four-year-old session that does not work in native ARM mode with Studio One. So here goes opening in Rosetta and guessing it will be over 30 minutes to scan all of my plugins, before I can even see if it’s what I can use. 🤦🏾

Yeesh I was 18 here. At NAMM 1989 Anaheim at a private party given by Electronic Musician magazine. Bob Moog was a hero of mine. He was alone almost all night. I finally got the courage to walk up and we talked for over 30 minutes.

Can you imagine him not being mobbed now?!?

5 years ago I got to meet one of my idols Geddy Lee in Austin TX. Was in line for a couple hours and a bunch of us took photos for each other, and (at the time) sadly this was the only clear shot.
