Woke up this morning feeling great, mental health has been great, have an appointment about my anti-anxiety meds considering coming off them. 4 hours later im in an anxiety spiral 🙃

Just finished the script our first YouTube video that we aim to publish at the end of the week. The focus is on the autism empathy myth. In the video we go over the research around autistic Hyper-empathy and why the empathy deficit narrative is not only wrong but harmful.
