Oof. Been there. I managed to chip off a pretty big chunk of a molar while eating a gummy worm.... I don't know what that says about my brushing habits 😅

I've had GERD for about 10 years and aside from The usual recommendations of adjusting things with my diet and exercise, I haven't really found anything that does much to help. Any advice/suggestions?
