The Liberals come back from complete ruin to form government again.

But smaller parties are weakened and the Conservatives also put up historically strong numbers.

But the Conservative leader loses his seat?!

And now he's. Lost. His. Seat. Not only did he lose the country. He lost his seat! I am relieved and in shock. Three months ago the man was the next prime minister. Now he's just the dude who lost what was supposed to be an easy Conservative win.

I just want to take a moment and marvel at the fact that PP was a shoe-in. Everyone was getting ready for a Conservative government. We were gritting our teeth as friends and family talked about voting for him "well, I just can't stand Trudeau" and "the economy"
