Yeah, I was captivated from start to finish. Found it on Pocket Casts too, which I use for my podcasts, so just added the episode on there πŸ‘πŸΌ

Nice. Just over an hour and a half by car from where I am, so might add this to the list for possible places to visit when my little girl is a few years' old. Hope you're enjoying your day πŸ‘πŸΌ

Haha, yeah Elijah is definitely blessed with good genes πŸ˜„

Yeah, I agree. Viggo lived and breathed that role and made it so iconic. Hard to believe he was the back up choice! Same way that Elijah Wood, for example, has said that for as long as he is able to, he can't see anyone else playing Frodo and wants to continue in the role whenever needed.

Yeah, those development cycles can really take their toll. He must be 3 months old now, right?

Hope things settle down a bit again soon and you all find your new groove for the next phase

Can 100% relate to this. I find weekdays less exhausting at the moment. Always batch cooking, cleaning etc. on a Sunday!

The 'kin' of β€˜napkin’ means "little."

β€˜Nap’ comes from β€˜nape,' which means β€œtablecloth.”

So a napkin is a little tablecloth.

10/10, no notes.

People of Note Review – Composing A Masterpiece People of Note is an ambitious turn-based musical journey where theatrical numbers and robust combat systems converge to create an incredibly creative game.

People of Note is one of the most original games of the year. It also doesn't take itself too seriously, taking you on catchy theatrical numbers to unwind after exploring its deep combat systems. Simply put, it’s a perfect intersection between turn-based games and music.

My review.

Another great ep, Brad. You make solo podcasting seem effortless (I know it's not) and there was defo no indication that it was a splice of various recordings across the day πŸ‘πŸΌ

I like that the show isn't 100% about games and the housekeeping + TV parts makes it even more endearing and relatable

You're welcome, Brad. Thanks for the awesome content. Looking forward to starting the new ep this evening πŸ™‚

A person wearing a 1930s pin stripe suit and hat is shooting a gun while riding on a flying car modelled after the cars of that era.

The following quote is included:

"Aether & Iron was the game I had only dreamt of prior to its release. It is a game that leads with evocative writing, flawlessly performed by a gutted voice cast, and set within an avant-garde world of compelling ideas."
