Donald Trump is basically saying Latin America is theirs. That anything we may do for our own destiny must be under the condition that it's convenient to them, that he can choose to stop it by blood and fire. It's not "democracy" nor "freedom", it's imperialism.

That's the thing with this part of the world, we're ALL family. I don't know of any other part of the world where so many different sovereign nations with their own differences and domestic issues can stand as one.
