Fresno County shifts job training model to place students with disabilities in workplaces By placing students with disabilities at different businesses and in schools, the Fresno County education office is hoping to change perceptions of their ability to work.

Dozens of teens and young adults with disabilities are working at local businesses throughout Fresno County or at schools as teacher’s aides under a restructured jobs training program.
