Yoinks.
There’s lots of nitpicking argumentative twitter types on here this morning.
I see a thread that looks interesting but two posts in and they’re at each others throats.
Life’s too short to fill up with this pointless anger.
The Bob Holness Protocol is in full effect.

If you spend time thinking at the start you’ll end up having what you want - doing it twice is hard
Speak to the people on the plots around you
Fully buy in to the uncountable tiny joys you’ll find every time you do a little bit of gardening
You eat what you grow, so grow what you’ll eat
Plan it
Consider wind/sun direction and where you’ll put a shed/greenhouse/compost bins
Think about permanent beds for fruit/asparagus etc
Think about rotational beds and what crops you want to grown every year
Consider soil type acid/clay/loam etc and the crops that will work
Set achievable goals
Do you want some rhubarb jam?
I’ve got bloody loads.
My mam once hit me with an iron and I was fine with it.
My dad once raised his voice a bit and I thought I’d never stop crying.
Funny old world.
My black currants have done nothing for the past couple of years.
What am I doing wrong?
I’ve taken three loads already off the rhubarb this year.
Pure bonkers.
Champion.
Don’t panic about the size of the task. Plan first, then set achievable goals. Maybe general clearance first then clear a smallish bed so you can something in the earth.
May is still fine for planting.
I got asked what it actually was like being in Gaza amidst genocide:
Do it. Can’t be any worse than this apocalyptic clown show.
No vexation without representation
No, I’m not conflating issues. I’m engaging on this point only
“I was thinking that only women should be leaders of countries and states”
This is no guarantee that we’d get a good, decent leader. People who seek that power are rarely good and decent
All the points about the abuses of men stand.
I’m really not.
Have a good night.
Bloody hell.
I know astronauts are impressive people… but bloody hell!

My granddaughter has just turned twelve. I don’t really talk with her about stuff like this.
I’m going to read up on Christina Koch and try to make her an icon in her eyes.
He’s loving that.
I may have been supporting a different point.
Margaret Thatcher’s tenure as PM has nothing to do with these shites attending rape school.
But she is an example of a female national leader who (in my view) was aggressive and destructive both at home and abroad.
That’s it, nothing more.
Christ me.
He’s got a point about Thatcher mind.
I agree that she’s likely an outlier but she was an absolute cow.
Is there a hacker group that could extract and release the attendees identities?
Some jars of lovely jam
Rhubarb jam update
Made a second batch but chucked a decent punnet of strawbs in the juice before I boiled it.
Two pints and the fruit made approx five jam jars worth.
Readers, it’s bloody lovely.
I’ve never seen it.
Is it used in place of Comfort?
Or, the ‘They is’ speaker might be from urban SE England.
Does he even wipe his own arse?
A superb border collie charming the coffee shop lady
In this coffee shop Bob is worshipped. He has his own Insta group full of pics.
They don’t even know my name.
Our directors made a decision today.
From 1st May X will no longer be our primary platform. We are building here instead, and we’re really glad to be able to do that.
We would love to get to know you better where are you watching from?
I’m Kev, social media manager from the UK 🐾
That came out while me and Brett were talking.
I was gutted when it became apparent someone else had already said it.
