My own peeve is that the map is missing its attribution. It should have details at the bottom of the map about the tech/data used. I suspect the map is Mapbox/OpenStreetMap, but the attribution is hidden by the panel.

A carved wood detail on a staircase's handrail

Enjoyed this well-placed detail on a handrail, at Hiwa the new recreation centre at University of Auckland.

It sits exactly where you grab hold as you turn the corner to go up the stairs. The carved wood feels tactile, nice to the touch.

Nice. And which cycleways were you thinking of which are currently under construction? I can think of Pt chev rd, Glen Innes, Eastern Busway.
