Severe weather is targeting the Central U.S. this Thursday and Friday. Parts of the Plains, including OK, KS, MO, NE, AR, and TX, face threats of large hail, damaging winds, tornadoes, and flooding. Stay weather aware, have a safety plan in place, and follow for updates.
Friday looks like the kind of day where things get plum wild in Dallas TX and Fayetteville, AR.

A significant weather system will bring dangerous thunderstorms to a large portion of the country today. The first storms are expected to form this afternoon as individual cells. These early storms will be capable of producing very large to giant hail and a few intense tornadoes.
A highly dangerous severe weather outbreak is expected tomorrow from Oklahoma to Wisconsin. Threats include strong tornadoes, baseball-sized hail, and 80 mph winds. Northeast Iowa to central Wisconsin is at highest risk. Prepare your safe room and turn on weather alerts tonight.
