So on the heels of Gemma (mainly) locking up my laptop when I ran it via LM Studio, I am seeing folks running it on their damn Iphones!!

Alas I had to uninstall LM Studio - its a nice product but it kept locking up my ASUS Zenbook as I used it (basically using all VRAM) causing me to have to continually do hard resets. Damn, guess I need a Mac Studio!!

Sad news I just saw - Ross the Boss has passed from ALS. I just recently saw where he was diagnosed. The Dictators were legend to me and he was the engine. RIP Ross Friedman.

Just set up LM Studio on my laptop with the Google/Gemma-3-4b model - works pretty damn good IMHO. I'll be trying out some other models for sure (that I can run within my 8 MB of VRAM).
