Ich meine mich dran zu erinnern, dass Threads dann auch automatisch mit insta und allem verknüpft wurde, sodass man es nur löschen konnte, wenn man auch alles andere gelöscht hat und außerdem der facebook-name dran hing. Die warnung machte schnell die runde und dann war schluss mit threads.

regelmäßige pausen, immer schön aufwärmen und stretching und so weiter und bloß nicht weiter arbeiten, wenn es im handgelenk ziept, dann sollte alles gut gehen. und setz dir immer reichlich angenehme deadlines. und halt deine handgelenke warm.
mach bloß ne pause, wenn die hände wehtun. ich hab's nicht gemacht und mir mein Handgelenk langfristig ruiniert und insbesondere im winter zickt es ständig rum.
