Same goes with Link’s added voice in LttP for GBA.

Sweet! Not sure if it’ll be available at our national chain but here’s hoping.
Cuddle time for Toby.
I wasn’t prepared for how metal Ralph Fiennes is in 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple. He has a scene that will be living rent free in my mind for a good while.
Currently obsessed with Daniel Lopatin’s Marty Supreme score. It reminds me of 90s Sega game soundtracks like Ecco the Dolphin and Panzer Dragoon. Magnificent stuff.
Great year for indie and prestige films, awful year for blockbusters and big studio animation.

Proud cat dad over here. Mama and Toby are closer than ever, and even Spicy is warming up to her new brother.
I always wanted to like Klax. It was different from other puzzle games and has nice visuals. But I never found it fun to play.
Meet Toby! He’s the latest addition to my family. Spicy and Momma aren’t impressed but they’re tolerating him and curious.

And have to give Spicy some attention as well…
Because @sulkyselkie.bsky.social asked, here are some pictures of my new kitty Mama. She’s a social butterfly with a flair for dramatics.
When you order a book and two years later it arrives and you’ve completely forgotten about it. Like a birthday present from myself.
It’s inevitable. Both seem to be great so everyone wins.
Played through Earthion this afternoon. It’s so good.
Just played through Earthion on Steam. Can’t believe I’m playing a new Sega Genesis game in 2025 and that it holds its own with the best shoot ‘em ups of all time. Absolute blast to play and a technical stunner.
As seen in the “Too Many Games” issue of EGM. That issue blew my mind.
A+ No notes. An important part of Canadian heritage. Still blows my mind that they were a spin off from The Philosopher Kings.
Wouldn’t surprise me if we don’t get anything until the fall. My guess is a Metroid Prime 4 release date drop on Nintendo Today followed by a Prime 4 focused Direct.
