A group of onlookers in Worcester attempted to intervene in an ICE raid, some of them were arrested.

These people went above and beyond the duty of citizen. That is heroic. If you’ve followed me, you don’t I don’t use the term lightly.

Dr. Noor Abdalla will be spending her first Mother's Day as a mom without her husband Mahmoud Khalil, who is still locked up hundreds of miles away from her in ICE detention.

He should be holding his son who he hasn't met yet, but he is instead detained without due process by the U.S. government.

Trump administration threatens to arrest House Democrats over ICE facility incident "There will likely be more arrests coming," a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson said.

The Trump administration is threatening to arrest Congress members who were performing their oversight duties. Targeting elected officials for opposing the president's agenda is straight out of authoritarian playbooks.

We won't allow Trump and DHS to intimidate us into submission.

I’ll ditch app and stick to website for sharing then. Thanks!

Exactly that - in the app, I don’t see the built in share option - also iOS. I had to navigate to browser/website to share. Unless I’m missing something. 🤔 Thanks for reply!

Hey @govtrack.us, can you put a share button in your app somewhere - to share bills from at minimum?

Black and white etching-style triptych showing 8 hours for work on the left, 8 hours for rest in the middle, and 8 hours for “what we will” on the right

Did you know the “weekend” and working only 8 hours per day used to be considered a radical, liberal idea?

139 years ago today, in Bay View, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 7 workers (including a 13 yo) lost their lives to advance this revolutionary idea.

Stop the SAVE Act The SAVE Act would keep millions of people from being able to vote – and would shut countless eligible voters out of our democracy. Urge Congress to vote no now.

If passed, the SAVE Act would make it significantly harder for millions of eligible citizens to vote.

The House has already passed it — tell your Senator now to reject this bill and defend our democracy.

Allow me to address the elephant in the room: The decades-long outsourcing of domestic manufacturing to China was not an insidious Chinese conspiracy for dominance but the greedy strategy of the American ruling class to explode its profit margins by exploiting global inequality.

Even *if* you accept Stephen Miller’s (textually, historically, and morally indefensible) claim that undocumented immigrants are not entitled to due process, you’d *still* need due process to ensure that the individuals at issue are, in fact, undocumented.

His argument fails even on its own terms.

Scanlon: The Gulf of Mexico was so named over 500 years ago. If we want to update that name to reflect our current culture, maybe we should call it the Sea of Emoluments—you know, the place where we can board the Ship of Fools and navigate from a State of Ignorance to the Confederacy of Dunces…

Just a quick update on flight safety. It's on everyone's minds and I would like to provide a very important statistic.

So far, in 2025, we have had the most aircraft related fatalities in the US since 2001.

And yes, we are referring to 9/11.

It's only May.
