I find it especially tough on the shoot out mode. I had to grind during the other modes and hope for the best 😭 It feels entirely based on luck most of the time.

Have you tried signing into the Behavior website and re-linking your Twitch account? I sometimes have to do that to claim the items again on Behavior's website, despite already claiming them on Twitch.

Since I don't have any drops to claim, I can't find the button at this moment. But I will say when I went to check, I DID have to re-link it to Twitch 😑 so I signed into their website, clicked DbD, then clicked Twitch Drops, Manage Drops, then I had to relogin to Twitch. Multiple times.

Have you tried re-linking your accounts? I think what I did was, even after claiming all the drops on Twitch, I had to go on Behavior's website, and while trying to find a way to "re-link" my Twitch account, if even possible, I found a button to claim the Twitch drops on BEHAVIOR's website.
