The World’s 50 Richest Countries 2025 From glittering alpine lakes to the neon-lit skylines of East Asia, here are the world’s richest countries, according to UBS.

I think most people living in the UK would be astonished to know that this country is now more wealthy than Germany, and ranked 4th in the world

The millions struggling to eat and heat will be rightly wondering, where the f*ck it is?

Huge enthusiasm for a new socialist party shows the left never went away | Morning Star FOUR hundred thousand and counting. Sign-ups to be part of founding the new party initiated by Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana already surpass the membership of any existing political party in Britain...

A new mass-membership party of the left is being born in the UK. Keir Starmer, his acolytes and those for whom he is himself an acolyte, have designed their own downfall.

No, you need to look at the HoC from 2015-19. The Tory government lost votes all the time.

"Loyalty, Discipline" rather than "antique socialist values"? "Readiness To Match The Future" = "Tomorrow Belongs To Me"? Know what you sound like, fanboy? You're why the Labour Party is disappearing down the pan before your very eyes.

Oi, Kevin. Note this in your bio:

When Adam delved and Eve span
Who was then the gentleman?

Have you run that past Morgan McSweeney? Don't think he'd like one of his Starmeroids quoting dangerous socialist extremists like John Ball.

Am entire article about Labour losing support that does not even mention the genocide in Gaza. Valueless.

No, you're the idiot. Those discharges were in 2024, but SWW have not been included in the embargo on bonuses under that act. You're not good at this, Anonymous Starmeroid.

Only a Starmeroid troll would make such a claim.

No mate, you agreed it was toothless under the tories. But then you claim it isn't now. Where's your evidence for that?

Got any evidence for that claim?

Interesting that, for example, South West Water's 56000 sewage spills over a period of 544000 hours during 2024 still seems to be worthy of a nice fat bonus.

Ironically, in view of your tag, the statement you cite is dated 2023, i.e. it was a tory measure. And presumably toothless.

This demonstrates the Starmer government's complicity in appalling war crimes. If there is any justice in this world, they will be made to answer for this act of vicarious inhumanity.

To try and make this clear as possible. There is a finite amount of drs, nurses and AHPs in the UK.

For every hour they work in the private sector, they will not be working in the NHS.

If we increase hours in the private sector as per Labour Policy, we will loose NHS capacity

Government unveils plan to reduce NHS waiting list backlog The government pledged to cut the list of patients waiting more than 18 weeks for treatment in England by nearly half a million over the next year.

Questions for Starmer:

1) where do you think staff in the private sector come from? (Spoiler, it's from the NHS)

2) why would we invest in the private sector as a preference to investing directly in the NHS?

Israel confirms it is holding Gaza hospital director Dr Hussam Abu Safiya Dr Hussam Abu Safiya is being held on suspicion of "involvement in terrorist activities", Israel has said, and accused him of "holding a rank" in Hamas. They have not disclosed his whereabouts and hum...

Days after Israel confirms it is arbitrarily detaining Palestinian hospital director Dr Hussam Abu Safiya at a notorious prison camp, the UK government remains silent.

This is an unforgivable failure of obligations to human rights and international law.

5.2m children, 36% of UK children, live in poverty.

Ending the two-child benefit cap would lift 500,000 out of poverty, cost £2.5bn.

Taxing capital gains at the same rate as wages raises £14bn.

Govts that gave £895bn QE to speculators, can also end poverty.
