I had to join the public servants at the State Department today to pay tribute to their work to advance our nation and keep this country safe. 
 
To my fellow State Department friends, I see you and will continue to fight for you. You deserve better.

A bit of a weird headline because it shouldn’t be controversial. Cabinet nominees serve the public; you should know whether they’re working for or otherwise indebted to foreign interests. Pretty straightforward.
