Because it was asked today; If I don't get the answer (behavior) I'm looking for from an animal, I either find a different way to ask, or I ask a completely different question. Getting mad and frustrated over an animal not understanding my question is the best way to get bit, kicked, etc.

I pull out my big drawing pad and start connecting the dots. Who hasn't encountered whom, etc. Where haven't they gone. What haven't they found/explored/ had blow up in their faces. Then fill in the details. Bigger first, smaller along the way. Go back to the original and incorporate. 🙃

Not gonna lie, it's been a very long time since I was 15 and was handed Old Man's War by my dad, but heck. I'm adult now, soon as this wanders past the local book store consider me sold. =D Can't wait.

Meet Roxi. My very own paint horse mare. This may be both the first, and last, time I ever ride her but it has been an absolutely amazing opportunity and learning experience to own this beautiful animal.
