Sorry for lack of regular posts. I have been out on a shoulder injury since September. I have a torn rotator cuff and some torn ligaments. Because of this injury I have gained a considerable amount of weight. I’m beginning my weight loss journey the first. My goal is to lose between 70-100lbs.

Been a while since I posted. A lot has happened. I’ve been out of work since August, out with a torn rotator cuff. I will be having surgery soon once the results of the MRI come in.
