@gwr.com brilliant customer service yesterday on the PAD to TAU train from TM Louise and CH Jane and Joe. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them;it was lovely to not only receive such fantastic service with smiles but to see them being consistently kind with passengers throughout the journey
