I am horrified to hear of the death of Giles Peaker or @nearlylegal.co.uk as he was better known to most people. Housing law was his world, and he changed it for the better. I shall miss him.

Inquest into death of boy sent home from Rotherham A&E delayed The family of Yusuf Mahmud Nazir, who died in 2022, say they are disappointed about the delay.

The inquest into the death of 5year-old Yusuf Nazir has adjourned on the first day of the hearing.

As I said outside court, the family will continue to do everything they can to find out the truth.
