TL;DR: As suspected, specialist says it’s cancer for sure, but surgery should take care of it. That’s scheduled in a bit over three weeks. Extremely unlikely to need radiation; no talk of chemo. This probably won’t be what kills me. otto.kitsinger.net/letters/2026...

Had to call customer service, a robot with AI answered, it did a lot of verification, and then had zero useful information and it could not explain the bill in question. I thought the call was disconnected, and I said “total waste of time” and the robot replied “sorry, that’s not a valid response”
