James Rickher, a former public defender & 22-yr fed employee w/the U.S. Postal Inspector, has done his homework. The hobbyist-numismatist filed suit against US Treasury, US Mint, & Bessent, attempting to prevent the Trump coin from minting, citing a 1866 statute.
