after never keeping up a journaling habit, i figured out how to do it more this year. the secret?

writing with white ink pens in a black paper notebook!

why?
- doesn’t feel academic (a la blue/black pens on white paper)
- feels like summoning an eldritch being by speaking into the cosmos

on one hand, i love how jumpsuits look. on the other hand, i don’t love going to the bathroom in them

i have a confession and the confession is that i got another alolan vulpix plushie

i’m also trying the healthy thing by giving up most of my sugary consumption habits like boba and cookies, for the most part it’s going all right and maybe it’s fine i can’t completely quit. have heard 100% restriction isn’t the way 🤔
