Family is all going to be away this weekend and I will be all alone at home. This always feels strange, like I am a teenager again and my parents leave me home alone for a weekend. Yet strangely liberating as I could eat ice cream for breakfast, on the couch in my underwear, no one can say anything.

I see all these data centers causing issues in communities all over the place. This seems like it could be so comepletely avoidable. I mean these could literally be anywhere, why do they need to be next to communities? Put them in the middle of nowhere. 🤷‍♂️

My guitar teacher, gave me a challenging piece with a lot of quick chord changes. Practicing it has caused my fret wrist to hurt, making practicing painful. Hopefully it goes away, working on any stretches I can think of to loosen things up. Hate not getting my full practices in. 😢🎸

My health challenges dictate that I am unable to continue the demanding job I currently do. Fortunately, there is a great system in place to retrain me. That said, I feel like my head is going to explode actually figuring out what new career I want to persue. It is like finishing High School again.

My favourite month is May, as for the area I live in, the weather if finally getting warm and sunny, everything is in full bloom and the spring rains back off. It is also nice to know that is a whole season of summer ahead.

I remember visiting Turkey and they had a park with a row of dog houses for strays. People would drop buy on their own accord and feed the dogs regularly. The dogs were friendly and people play with them and pet them. Cool concept.

Insomnia, which I struggle with, always seems backwards to me. Spend the whole night unable to sleep, then spend the day barely able to stay awake. Go through the whole day looking forward to bedtime, so you can finaly sleep, then barely sleep the whole night again.
