That's a great guide! The other important thing for accessibility is if your graphic contains text, you must reproduce the text in a way a screen reader can read and that makes sense when read out loud. :)

Is it possible the label fell off and someone attempted to fix the issue by reattaching it to the wrong package? While your pins are cool, the only way to know what was in the package would be to open it and the resale on them is pretty low compared to many other packages.
