The world needs dragons. Specifically, it needs dragons who can't keep their hind legs still because their bladders are holding back gallons of hot, musky dragon piss. Most of all it needs dragons dribbling, leaking, spurting, and fully peeing themselves because they just can't wait any longer.

Any of the mastodon instances are a good choice tbh, aethy, baraag, whatever you can get.

If we count werewolves as monstergirls, then we get a lot of interesting stuff that can happen with the fact that they transform. I mean, wolf form is usually bigger than human form, so... What happens if they turn back on a full bladder, y'know?

Now you just gotta work on being able to fill it up all the way!

Luckily, rumor has it the next town over gets plenty of large visitors and would have appropriate accommodations. Quite the trek on a bladder that's already so full, though.

Well, the nearest public one would be at the local tavern, of course. Or, "public" - it's for customers only, and there's a minimum of a few drinks, but it's better than nothing.

... Provided it's big enough, at least. Not an easy detail to remember, but I'm sure it's fine.

And, of course, since it's such a hassle to get the clothes on and off without real fingers, that means if a harpy has to get dressed for whatever reason, they're gonna be holding it in all day until they can get everything off for the night.

Of course we can't forget about harpies. Having wings for arms would make getting dressed and undressed amazingly inconvenient. Sure, maybe they go around naked in their own lands, but if they have to interact with others, they'll have to cover up.

And, of course, a bulging bladder makes it more uncomfortable to walk, since it's gonna be right where their thighs will bump into it as they go along.

Well, they wouldn't want to have too many spots around their village to pee if they're trying not to scare the game. Maybe only one or two acceptable spots throughout the whole place - big lines and lots of firm, heavy, swollen tanks hanging down between all those trembling hindlegs.

And, sure, maybe they're nomadic hunters, they could just go in the wilderness, but what if they worship nature, or have some other sort of religious or cultural need to use proper facilities? Drink a lot, hold it all day, and they need their specific accommodations that might not be available.

Centaurs and the like - maybe they have two bladders, maybe just one, but either way they've got a lot of body to take care of, which means lots of hydration, and not a lot of places to deal with it since they won't fit into normal bathrooms or be able to use normal toilets.
