OMFG I had to go and check that this ACTUALLY happened.
Since when does the BBC ever do chyrons with a political party's branding, rather than their own? Not to mention this is during a pre-election campaign purdah.

I have always felt total disgust for Farage when he and his supporters turned their backs on the European anthem ‘Ode to joy’.
Here it is, my annual reminder: don't spray spring dandelions with roundup. One flower can be visited by 100+ bees in a day, and your chemicals will kill all of them. 🌻
Pavement parking is dangerous to wheelchair users, visually impaired people and parents walking their children to school. Write to your MP today, ask them to vote on a crucial Government amendment to reclaim pavements. @livingstreets.bsky.social

Blue sky and cloud reflections in Brotherswater. We had a very cold dip and swim in here before our walk. Certainly wakes you up

Yes, I was a bit disappointed they did not mention the fight to end the Guga hunt (unless I missed it)? Great he was on such a popular programme though, all publicity helps.
Stop the dandelion massacre.

A chunk of blue-grey fluff that is actually a very soft kitten sitting on a library desk. They are doing a very serious Kitten Face and have very intent yellow-gold eyes, and they would be so scary and fierce if they were more than six inches tall and not so hugely adorable when they tried to be judgey.
The news all sucks today.
Here's a kitten in a library!

Lovely to see this from America, heart lifting. I am in the UK.
This matters enormously. As well as ocean-dwelling creatures, all life on land is utterly dependent on a healthy ocean.

Can everyone please stop excusing the US president by saying that he has dementia.
He's always been like this. It's not dementia. He's a deluded, arrogant, nepo baby, chock full of Dunning Kruger degrees of self-belief and deep rooted stupidity and rich and influential enough to get away with it
