A4: I use this concept with my son. A lesson in temper control. He tells me I don't understand what it's like to lose at a game nowadays and get upset/mad, but I lost at Mario like crazy, and let's not mention Zelda. That is learning temper control and breathing to relax.

I totally agree! I notice that students have trouble with traditional communication, and I think games are good common ground to have them think individually and then bring their ideas together.

A3 - I was in a PD that involved a game and it was a disaster, honestly, because the game took so long that it took up half the time for the next presenter, and we really didn't learn anything. I wish I had a good story. #LevelUpEDU
A3. I think D&D experiences are my fave! I’ve had two this past year. One with educators at ISTE that @stayplayingnick.com and I developed and led. Another was a team building activity I created with a slide deck and built in some logic model work objectives, trying to make it more fun #LevelUpEDU
