For now, it feels a little strange (I'm a bit too used to Blender's Grease Pencil) ^^ The scale of the scene and the size of the brush are a little hard to get a handle on. But it's seems to be a good alternative to GP on an ipad !

Not really ! It's a mid-grey layer in overlay with a half tone effect applied to it and a mask ! It's easier to change the size of the half tone this way ^^
