I fucking hate the trend of over-abundant hover-states in #UI #UX design lately. I find myself way too often trying to find a spot on a page where my mouse won't be creating a tooltip, or auto-previewing a video, or obnoxiously highlighting something I'm not paying attention to. It's a minefield.
