This year, because I am now old, I decided to actively stop calling (15-20/week) friends & family.
Since then, phone has been remarkably quiet - indeed, I had wondered if my 'service provider' had barred incoming calls?
Just a #lifehack - even if you are old, don't stop calling people & checking in!

Three interesting things about Cathars:
* A belief was that OT=old (bad) God (Yarweh=Satan) & NT=good (Jesus). They lived their lives accordingly, with piety, tolerance, etc;
