It's been a bit of a rough day. My dad had a health scare and is in intensive care for the night, but the outlook is good and with any luck he will be home tomorrow.

I hurt my back quite regularly - a result of spending 95% of my time sat at the computer and 5% lugging bales of hay and buckets of water. Keep a hot water bottle on it all day, have hot showers, and don't stretch or strain it.
