They're rather uncreatively named "The Avalon Empire" lol

It's for a homebrew canon and this symbol represents essentially our stand-in for the Illuminate; the general concept being to match their overall feel / aesthetic but with a more archaic presentation; an Empire that has yet to achieve post-scarcity and has much internal struggle
