True. We sometimes lose sight of "innocent until proven guilty" especially in (alleged) repeat offenders. It's more than just mental healthcare. I think UBI would do more to fight crime than the entirety of the RCMP (joking, but only kinda).

Wow. Interesting. I have to say I'm torn on the idea of letting these repeat "harmless" offenders remain in the community when the supports they need to make a change aren't present.

I also just had one and they said "book for next year now, that's how long the wait list is". I haven't looked into it tho.
