I was intially going to disagree with you, but looking at the other recievers in that range ($15M APY) it makes perfect sense to keep him.
He’s better than the other guys in that range.

Blame PW and LS, blame Eghbali, blame the youth vanity project, blame the sale of Cobham talent.
Screaming “SELL THE CLUB” and “BOEHLY OUT” is not gonna make billionaires take you seriously. These guys already look down on us.
Fan protests are always funny.
How about a protest with an actual message instead of blaming the wrong people and screaming like animals?
Sometimes I’ll see photos from early 2000s and it becomes very clear that we as a society take ourselves too seriously these days.
Feel like people were more authentic 20 years ago…now every interaction with anyone feels like a first date.
His challenge record is actually horrible. I think he’s 3 for 15 or something.
Most likely scenario is that MM learns from his mistakes. By all accounts, he’s a very smart and humble guy.
Surely at this point, he sees how important the OL is.
Yep, there’s no balance. We don’t even have a true DM at the club and we somehow let Ugo go on loan.
I guess that’s fair. MM and CG are probably very safe.
I just keep racking my brain for ways for this team to get competitive. As is, I don’t think we win 7 games next year.
I don’t know if the Rams would do it, but I would entertain a Stafford-Tua trade. Rams get younger and still have the option of a drafting a QB. Plus Tua would play in a dome/good weather.
Dolphins get rid of his contract and get a QB more suited to the age of the current roster.
Apparently Petrovic is smashing it in Ligue 1 as well. Funny.
I really think 90% of our problems would be solved if we had a better goalkeeper. We’ve probably dropped 6 points this season on GK mistakes.
Gallagher and Hall sales were indefensible. Horrific squad building.
Like, how hard would it have been to keep Gallagher, CHO, Pulisic, and Hall, not sign KDH/Mudryk/Badiashile/Disasi, and sign 2 better CBs instead?
We have a lot of good players at the club and I feel like if they just didn’t buy 4-5 shit players on massive money, and kept some Cobham grads, we’d be fine.
I was just thinking about it and our squad is somehow worse in some areas.
- I’d take CHO and Pulisic over all our wingers.
- CBs are worse, but we didn’t get to re-sign Rudiger so they’re off the hook for that. Still didn’t have to sign BB and AD though.
When they took over the club, Clearlake had to deal with a lot of behind-the-scenes legal stuff that fans just don’t know about. I think that’s part of the reason why the first year was horrible.
But it’s been 3 years now. There’s no forgiveness left among fans.
Just remembered we spent £100M on Disasi and Badiashile. Awesome.
Chelsea - 49
Forest - 48
Brighton - 45
Very realistic scenario going into mid-March.
We play Southampton and Leicester next, Forest have Arsenal and City, Bournemouth play Brighton and Spurs.
We have both games at home, they have both away. Should build a 4-point gap if we’re serious.
I reckon it’s between us, Forest, and Bournemouth for that 5th CL spot.
Burn Cobham down if we don’t beat those two clubs to 5th.
He’s done just about enough for me to want to keep him. The issue is that if we sack him, the directors won’t get any blame again. They’ll get another chance.
They all need to go at once.
Oi, these lot think we’re fucking stupid. 😂
Eh I dunno. I think the players like each other.
The breakup will come and MAGA will side with Trump. Fallout will be glorious.
Literally man. They’re so incompetent.
Surely PW and LS more than EM. Latter has nothing to work with. We have no backup striker and no good CBs or GKs.
Mate, they gave that fucking interview like two weeks in the 2023/2024 season. So embarrassing.
If they actually acknowledge their mistakes and sign a GK and CB and ST this summer (not kids), we’ll probably be fine next year.
A draw would’ve been so good man. We’ve got a piss easy run coming up. That point was everything. Bottlers.
You really think he’s the issue and not this squad building?
