God just imagine being a lighting artist or character modeler on RE9 right now. Years of painstaking effort and considered artistic choices, then you watch those NVIDIA dopes run the game through a slop filter and sell it as an “improvement.”
Hey everyone, I’m putting Murder Mansion, my horror roleplaying game, on sale! For the rest of October you can get it for only 1.99.
Murder Mansion is a rules-light tabletop RPG inspired by classic survival horror games. You can pick it up at DriveThruRPG: www.drivethrurpg.com/product/4989...
Real sad to hear y’all “like to build bridges” with bigots.
Last night I predicted that right wingers would accuse Booker of using “performance enhancing drugs” to beat the filibuster record. Took me about a minute on facebook to find someone asking for drug tests in congress. Republicans are nothing if not predictable.
Gill relies on the predictable Republican-fascist misdirection and Russia-grade whataboutism, chopping out fragments of facts to assemble a narrative that supports the unsupportable.
He brings up the 405,000 records cause it's a big scary number, but those targeted leaks were minuscule compared to the amount of data that DOGE has allegedly compromised.
Gill wants us to think that Biden's administration leaked taxpayer data, when it was actually a single leaker who wasn't even a direct IRS employee. Gill also fails to mention that in 2024 a Biden-appointed federal judge sentenced LittleJohn to 5 years in prison: tinyurl.com/mj2k6xp5
He's referring to Charles LittleJohn, a former IRS contractor wh leaked 15 years of Trump tax returns to the NY Times. He also leaked tax returns on some of the richest people in the country to ProPublica, who used the data for a series of articles about tax avoidance by the very wealthy.
Here, Gill accuses Democrats of a double standard and manufactured outrage regarding DOGE IRS data access. To back this up he insinuates that democrats ignored similar issues under Biden's IRS, which leaked 405,000 taxpayer records.
e-mail screenshot with the following text: At the Oversight Committee’s hearing on the Government Accountability Project’s High Risk List, I called out the Democrats’ double standard on their manufactured DOGE outrage. Where was their outrage when Biden allowed 53 unpaid researchers and students full access to IRS data? Where was their outrage when the Biden IRS leaked 405,000 taxpayers’ records? That is the real data access crisis. below text is an embedded video thumbnail of Rep. Gill seated at a US House hearing.
This morning my house rep Brandon Gill sent out an e-mail about his accomplishments in defending the MAGA agenda and attacking the left. I don't have time to go through all of it, I wanted to look at one of his claims and see how quickly it collapses in the face of context.
It’s a really fun idea to think about! I always liked how tense a good round of Bushido Blade could feel. It’d be cool to something like that in a TTRPG.
“You will be visited by three spirits.”
The three spirits:
Well I guess nothing in the PhB says corgis can’t play D&D…
I searched for “Blood Angels” one time and google’s AI tried to tell me they were servants of Chaos. Told me all I needed to know about this generative AI crap. No heresy for me, thanks.
As for how it plays, it's sort of a minimalist, OSR-style game. Your party is trapped in the "dungeon," and they have to escape while fighting or avoiding monsters. Like in Resident Evil or Sweet Home, they usually run into traps and puzzles, and keeping stocked up on health and ammo important.
Thanks for asking! I didn't think of Winchester house when I was writing it but it'd make a great setting. I did the 3D art in Blender. The 2D illustrations are a mix of pieces I did myself along with some contributions from bsky.app/profile/alpa... who gave me tons of advice on the 3D scenes.

This semi-conscious humanoid absurdity claims he can fix people like me by replacing evidence-based medicine with pseudoscience about "screen time" and "discipline."
RFK and the rest of these fascists need to "reparent" themselves and leave the rest of us alone.
