I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

I didn’t like The Substance so that’s enough reason for me to not want Demi Moore to win. But also it was a co-lead with Margaret Qualley, who showed more complexity than Demi. People are saying that Mikey’s win replicates The Substance, but Mikey just deserved it.
I screamed and startled my non-movie fan family when Mikey Madison won. I’m so shocked! She deserved it. That movie rests on her shoulders, and she showed so many dimensions as well as being charming as hell. I am over the moon with all the wins for my favorite 2024 film! #Oscars

I’m disappointed that Demi Moore won Best Actress at #SAGAwards. I recently saw The Substance and I don’t think the character had depth or personality. This feels like an award for wearing ugly makeup. Mikey Madison deserves it!!
