He couldn’t help but chuckle about how excited she was about this. He had already called for a car to be pulled up for them and without missing a beat he opened the passenger door for her.

“My lady-“ He nodded his head.

“A sap for the woman who has given me things I never knew that I needed in my life.” He smiled at her before returning the gentle kiss.

“Now- let’s go, hm? Can’t be late!”

“No no- you are not old and you aren’t in your late 50s- or however old I am now- I don’t even remember half the time.” He huffed, fighting a bit with one rogue curl.

“You are as beautiful as the day I met you and you will be beautiful until the last day Lucifer allows me to gaze at you.”

His cheeks flushed a bit at her words- he was never one to handle complements very well. So he snorted a bit.

“I am just an old man, amore mio- and somehow the prettiest lady I’ve had the pleasure of looking at loves me.” He hummed out.

“Mh- hold on- let me fix my hair and then we can go.” He said, squeezing her hand before moving off to the bathroom.

“Patience my darling, yes?”

“If you really want to be in the dark I’ll put a blindfold on you~” He wiggled his brows as he spoke, finishing buttoning his shirt and tucking it into his black slacks.

He knew exactly what she was doing and caught her hands in his own with a small smirk gracing his face after the gentle kiss.

“Wicked one you are-“ He hummed. “But I do love you.”

He let out a groan- huffing softly as he looked at her.

“And you called me wretched- you’re so mean to me.” He pouted, buttoning up his black shirt as he spoke.

He had to force himself not to grab her right then and there- it wasn’t often they had time for themselves… and gods below if they didn’t have reservations he would have made sure baby number 3 was there.

“How many points do I need to make sure I get to try as much as we need for baby number 3?”

He let out a huff as if he had been thwarted.

“Try? You say as if I don’t even have a chance-“ He gave another dramatic huff as he moved to rummage in his drawer for the shirt he actually wanted.

“If you want to see naughty then you should just ask, tesoro.” He purred, wiggling his brows at her as he pulled his shirt off. He had made sure to shower earlier- so all he needed was to change and freshen up his hair.

“Wretched? I’m wounded amore- I’m taking you out on a date and you call me wretched-“ He let out a long sigh, covering his heart as if he were wounded.

“I made sure the children would be taken care of- and everything- so mean to me-“ He was obviously teasing with his dramatics.

He chuckled- shaking his head a bit as he looked over his shoulder to her.

“Just look as beautiful as you always do, darling. Something nice- not too fancy!” He hummed.

“Wouldn’t you like to know~” He teased, chucking as he moved to go start grabbing some of his nice clothes.

“It’s a surprise! I’m not going to tell you!”

Gods he loved her- just as much as when they first met. Always so stunning even doing just the mundane.

“Go get yourself dolled up, sí? We are going to be leaving in about an hour.” He said, coming over to press a kiss to her forehead, giving no more context for her.

It had been some time since him and his lovely wife had been able to go on a date- with 2 little ones it was near impossible. So- he arranged a babysitter and planned an entire evening right under her nose.
