Supplementals help us shore up our budget after unforeseen expenses, and the biggest unforeseen expense was the Congressional Republicans’ H.R. 1 tax bill that gutted Colorado’s budget in favor of tax cuts to the ultra-wealthy.
Congressional Republicans’ H.R. 1 gave massive tax breaks to huge corporations. So, we’re stepping in to rebalance the scales in favor of working families.
