🔥; Yeah 2003 is unfortunately underrated, overshadowed by brotherhood for the most part and also because it's old.

Melissa is also amazing, I love that opening a lot. The visuals in it are a bit edited, dunno why early 2000s anime insisted in using CGI so much, back then CGI in anime looked +

We should definitely catch up, FMA 03 is my fav anime, one I rewatch easily on occasion, I could talk for hours about it just like you.

And one last thing I prefer about it, while both 03 and brotherhood have great ops +

Also won't say why, cause I don't want to spoil for people that haven't watched the anime yet, but the way the handled the homunculi in 03 is amazing in my opinion. They are a lot more connected to the main cast emotionally compared to brotherhood.

But it goes beyond that, I am kinda biased since I prefer darker stuff in general. But I prefer the vibe 2003 has and how its morality is a lot more gray than FMAB.

Brotherhood is a great shone adventure, but I would classify 2003 as a deep character study +
