ICE and DHS chased the wrong person, shot into a house, shot tear gas into the home full of kids and then gassed the entire neighborhood and then lied about what happened, and then shipped a witness all over the country to try to keep them hidden?

Minneapolis is a city that protects our neighbors, stands up for the constitution, and… lights a jump rope on fire on a frozen lake. Thanks to all involved in this year’s beautiful Luminary Loppet, including these brave fire dancers.

I am running out of ways to say that you cannot retrain this; you can only shut it down.

The pre-Trump years were clearly pretty good for these CEOs…yet they donate to and take a head-in-sand approach to MAGA destroying the country. This letter infuriates me at on so many levels. By not taking a side, they’re on the wrong side of history.

What a slap to the face. 😡
This letter from CEOs and the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce is an example of the kind of inaction that enabled this crisis. CEOs should Speak up for the constitution, the previous norms that clearly worked well for you, and stop donating to MAGA.

Minnesota will not surrender to ICE terrorism.

They hate us because we are a free people who love our neighbors and exercise our inalienable rights.

But we will win because our American values are more resilient than their basest hatreds.

The Survey Says: ‘We’re at a Crisis Point’ | NEA Educators seek comprehensive solutions to address student behavior problems.

This crisis has been in the shadows for way too long. Student behavior at too many schools is out of control and teachers can’t teach — including elementary schools. Thank you NEA for helping sound the alarm. “We’re at a Crisis Point” www.nea.org/nea-today/al...

USAID cuts could lead to 14 million deaths over the next five years, researchers say An analysis published Monday in the medical journal The Lancet projects that cuts to the agency will lead to more deaths from diseases like AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis.

The end of USAID should be dominating the news. Everyone should be outraged. There is no rational explanation for what the United States government has done. Thank you USAID. www.nbcnews.com/health/healt...

New study shows meat and plant-based protein have same affect on muscle building The research from the University of Illinois appears to upend long-held beliefs.

This is pretty funny. The beef industry funded a study hoping to prove that animal protein is better for muscle building than plant protein, but the result was ... oops. Turns out vegan protein is just as good.
