now that the ink has dried I can share that starting in fall 2026 i will be a ritt assistant professor at columbia university!!!
but i think for nakajima quiver varieties, people don't think this way ever really.
i also thought about this when i was learning about quiver representations generally, where i think is a useful perspective (e.g. gives a completely natural defn of morphism of quiver representations by natural transformation)

lol tim definitely knows more about branes than i do, i mostly think of them as funny lines in a brane diagram. though i do miss lev saying "material objects"
i also find myself having to remove that from my writing a lot lol
Oh so it does have phd level intelligence

finally have a concrete reason to care about understanding the picard group of a variety explicitly

i am quite used to moment graphs in their applications for stable envelopes but i would like to one day learn what this business about "sheaves on moment graphs" is all about

you really have to respect ulver for starting a guitar solo literally 30 seconds into their album
if you only ever deal with "nice combinatorial" spaces you also get tautological bundles for free! ie quiver/bow varieties
