felt my first earthquake in tokyo yesterday

i think it was around a 4.9 magnitude (but felt weaker)

i've never experienced an earthquake in my life before, so it felt REALLY strange. i had to keep looking at my swaying curtains to prove to my brain that it was happening.😵‍💫

Yesterday I went to Round 1 in Ikebukuro for the first time.

We played a Baymax claw machine game and won!!!! 🏆

Tried Japan strawberries for the first time 🍓

They were SO sweet and perfect, however these specific ones are really expensive.

Back in Texas our strawberries are really tart, so it’s a nice change to eat sweet fruit 💖

I went grocery shopping for the first time in Japan.

Some things are easy to find but I got really overwhelmed by the aisles. 😅

It was difficult to find mirin and cooking oil. I don’t know what brand to get either! ( ｣ﾟДﾟ)｣

Also, I love my dog sticky notes 🐶

I tried food from Lawson today on stream.

Onigiri 🍙 - 10/10
Daifuku - 2/10 (it tasted like grass ☹️)
Grapefruit/Grape drink - 8/10

Life update - I moved to Japan! 🗼🇯🇵

I was in Japan when this was announced and just wanted to say how excited I am for this movie. I think they look beautiful, the costumes, the actor/actress, the setting. Ugh... I can just tell this will be incredible.
