Just tell them you've clocked up hundreds of hours across europe and they'll wave you through the test center

I haven't done any of the "how to actually drive a car" bits yet, I suspect it is more difficult. Quite enjoyed the silly hazard test videos, it's like Duck Hunt

I, a 40 year old person, have passed my driving theory test. Will be going to lazer quest and bowling to celebrate later. Ask your dad if he can drive us

Is that sky real or is it in some kind of perma-blue sky dome?

Do you mean studies like this one www.habitatforhumanity.org.uk/empty-spaces...? Or this one www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...? Or this one data.london.gov.uk/dataset/vaca...? Or this one www.actiononemptyhomes.org/facts-and-fi...?

I will be there in person on Wednesday and let them know they have a lot of support - which I believe is true of a very large percentage of the people who actually live in Stroud. Seems like a swathe of unconnected idiots have been activated online

I get a surprising amount of satisfaction from creating (extremely sick) architecture diagrams. It's the kind of technical drawing I wanted to do as a kid but I didn't hear the term "distributed systems" until after I'd started (and quit) an actual physical Architecture degree.

This is the aptly titled 'Early Purple Orchid'. This particular common also gets Bee Orchids, Pyramidal Orchids, Frog Orchids, Fly Orchids, and Musk Orchids!

Spotted another 4 or 5 after this one, this weeks weather must have kicked them off. Judging by last years photos it's about a week earlier here this year.

Maybe the real hobby was the 763 spreadsheets we made along the way

I have made a complicated spreadsheet with lots of colours which means long distance running must be happening again

Spring has definitely helped get me back out. There's places in the hills that I haven't seen for too long and I can only get there by running.

I am slowly building a running habit again, which means more time by the canal at surprisingly early times of the day. Had a short race with a Herron this morning which I did not win

Ah yeah I'm also on Android but don't think the Apple Music desktop client is available anywhere but macOS. I also sync that folder to Synology NAS and then have it available everywhere if that could work for you?

I buy music on bandcamp, download it, and listen on Apple Music. That way I get a mix of owned music from artists not found elsewhere and still get the on-demand streaming of Apple music - *but* it also does an amazing job of using the bandcamp downloaded tracks to influence it's taste /suggestions

@toni.bsky.team You can see the last interaction I had regarding this was here:

I would just really like to be able to choose who I follow. Are you able to help nudge this along? 🙏

@toni.bsky.team Hi Toni, apologies for the direct approach but I'm sort of out of options. I raised a bug *15 months ago* that prevents me from unfollowing people. It's quite a fundamental feature of bsky to choose who you follow - but I can't.

The bug was acknowledged but nothing has been done.
